P1 issue first response with in 15 mins and fix will be provided 4 hrs with continuous effort and with customer co-operation.

P2 issue first response is with in 2hrs and fix will be provided with 1 business day.

P3 issue first response is with in 4hr  and fix will be provided with in 2 business days.

P4 issue first response is with in 1 business day and fix will be next production release.
